HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

IYou can place an order using our online enquiry form or by contacting us by phone or email.  A consultation can be arranged by appointment during the week.   We are happy to accomodate after hours appointments.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Daily rate is charged according to location.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

We can do most orders via email but it is best to come in for an appointment so  we can customise your event.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

 Your event is to be  finalised 2 weeks prior your event.

Late changes will incur fees.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

30% deposit  is required to secure your date and  final payment  is to be made 1 week prior your event.
